"THREE splits. What was the League thinking? The track took us from Genesis to Kor-Azor and back, with the highlight of the evening being the stop at New Eden and its awe-inspiring view of space that is famous all over the cluster. Way to finish the season in style! That, and the splits -did I mention there were three of them?"

"The first split by class -poor little friggies got totally kicked out of the warp train- effectively turned this into TWO races for a short while. Now the second split was a surprise, ten waypoint cans containing options to four different paths! The confusion alone cost some racers several seconds while they gathered their wits, and everyone had to head their own merry way until... the next class-based split. However, despite the League's best efforts, the warp train sprung back into action with frigates and interceptors arriving together at the line."

"That it was the last race did not by any means make it less competitive. Kay had something to prove, Neon wanted to seal his second-place spot, deathlords and Searaph wanted podium, Cai Lun wants a piece of the rookie pie, Thulla defending her team's AF spot... and moi? I was so close to the title. Everyone had something on this race. After several changes in the lead due to waypoint errors, gating issues, disconnects, miswarps and various mishaps, the race finished with a friendly bump to the referee at the docking station."
